Deal Facilitation
Structured introductions between capital-ready US investors and vetted African SMEs seeking growth partnerships.
We connect US and African SMEs through curated matchmaking, deal facilitation, and hands-on due-diligence support — so introductions become transactions.
Every engagement starts with a clear mandate and ends with a verifiable outcome. We operate at the institutional level — not as a directory, but as an active intermediary.
Structured introductions between capital-ready US investors and vetted African SMEs seeking growth partnerships.
Curated pairings based on sector alignment, market stage, and strategic fit — not bulk introductions.
Document review checklists, local counsel referrals, and regulatory context for cross-border transactions.
Long-term supply chain and procurement links between US buyers and African producers across 52 markets.
Business Bridges serves two distinct groups. Each enters the program with different needs — and we tailor every engagement accordingly.
American SMEs, family offices, and institutional investors looking to expand into African markets — or source from them. We reduce the information asymmetry and build the trust that makes the first deal possible.
Growth-stage businesses across East, West, and Southern Africa seeking US capital, technology partnerships, or export relationships. We prioritize women-led enterprises and businesses that demonstrate clear job creation potential.
We do not operate a database of unvetted contacts. Every introduction follows a structured intake process — because a bad match wastes everyone's time.
You complete a short intake form — sector, deal size, timeline, and what a successful outcome looks like. No generic outreach; we need specifics to work with.
A 30-minute call with our team to align on objectives, surface any regulatory constraints, and determine whether Business Bridges is the right program or if mentorship is a better fit first.
Within two weeks we provide a shortlist of 3–5 counterparts drawn from our vetted network. Each includes a brief profile, sector summary, and our rationale for the match.
PKN facilitates the first meeting — on a call or in-person at one of our events — and provides a mutual briefing document so both parties arrive prepared.
We stay at the table through LOI stage: referrals to local counsel, due-diligence checklists, and check-ins at 30 and 60 days post-introduction.
