Governance & Ethics

Code of Conduct.

The principles that govern our operations, partnerships, and community engagements.

1. Non-Partisan Mandate

The PKN Foundation operates strictly as a non-partisan, non-governmental entity. We do not endorse, fund, or campaign for any political party, candidate, or partisan agenda in the United States, Kenya, or any of the 52 African markets we engage with.

2. Zero Tolerance for Corruption

We uphold the highest standards of transparency and ethical conduct. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding bribery, kickbacks, and corruption. All partners, mentors, and SMEs in our network must adhere strictly to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and local anti-corruption statutes.

3. Respect and Inclusion

Our network spans diverse cultures, backgrounds, and industries. We expect all participants in our cohorts, events, and forums to treat one another with utmost professional respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will result in immediate removal from our programs.

4. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

Mentorship sessions, proprietary business data shared during due diligence, and contact details of our members are strictly confidential. Participants must not distribute or weaponize proprietary information obtained through the Foundation's network.
